This Privacy Policy explains how Advai X handles information when you use the Helix Work macOS application (the “App”).

Data collection

Helix Work collects limited device, usage, and diagnostic data to operate, maintain, and improve the App. The categories collected are:

• Device identifiers used to associate technical events with a particular device.
• Product interaction and other usage data, such as app launches, feature interactions, and general activity within the App.
• Crash, performance, and other diagnostic data, such as crash logs, launch performance, errors, and technical information used to diagnose problems.

How we use data

We use product interaction and other usage data for analytics, including understanding how features are used and improving the App. We use device identifiers and diagnostic data for analytics and App functionality, including detecting errors, minimizing crashes, improving performance, maintaining reliability, and protecting the App.

Data linked to your device

The data described above may be associated with a device identifier and is therefore treated as linked to your device. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

We do not use the collected data for third-party advertising, our own advertising or marketing, or tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers.

Service providers and disclosures

Service providers acting on our behalf may process the limited data described above only as necessary to provide analytics, hosting, security, or diagnostic services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, or our legal rights.

Apple services

Apple may process information related to downloading, purchasing, or using the App under Apple’s own privacy policy. Advai X does not control Apple’s independent data practices.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. We retain collected data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, and to resolve security or technical issues.

Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
